Prepaid Telkomcel
Telkomcel Prepaid service provides convenience and freedom to communicate in the form of Telkomcel Voice, Data Internet, Short Message Service (SMS) and multimedia in the form of VAS and content.
Telkomcel Voice uses Clear Channel Technology which ensures clear voice and is the one and only in East Timor. Telkomcel Roaming services also covers almost the entire world with affordable rates.
Based on Government decree no.9/2008, all Prepaid numbers are required to be registered with a valid ID (electoral card, or passport). Registration can be done at Plaza Telkomcel or Whatsapp to +670 74 747474 or tcel.me/wa. The numbers who have not been registered will be suspended from using the operator's service until the number has been registered according to the decree.
